Are there any scenes in the books where we see Molly Weasley speaking with Severus Snape?

The only scene I can think of is in OTP just after Harry arrives at number twelve, Grimmauld Place. That's a very short scene.

Are there other scenes?

Is there a list somewhere of Hogwarts' teachers that remained at the school after DH?

On a similar note, is there a list of what characters died during the series?

I looked up tags on this and saw a similar post. However, the links in the comments don't work anymore.

I have a wizarding family that needs to go into hiding. I know the Fidelius Charm is used to conceal a location, but they would need a Secret-Keeper. The problem is that they do not trust anyone enough to be their Secret-Keeper at the time they go into hiding.

Is there mention of any other methods of concealing a family's location?
